Our apartments are amazing in that they are on the 11th floor of 22-storey building, on the Moskovsky Prospect with beautiful views of the Moscow avenue. Along the entire apartment are large windows that allow sitting behind a tall bar table to enjoy the morning or the night city. It's warm, sunny and very cozy apartment with amazing views will surprise you with a good repair, comfortable furniture and full equipment with modern appliances.
Our home is a concierge and Metro Moscow just 5 minutes walk. Our guests are available all that is in our apartments! Always clean dishes and other kitchen utensils. Clean and ironed bed linen and towels. Personal hygiene products, tea and sugar. From home appliances - refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric stove, plasma TV panel, iron and washing machine - all for the enjoyment of our guests! Arrivals in our apartments starts from 14.00 of the day, and departures before 12.00 hours. Earlier arrivals and later departures are discussed individually and are paid additionally. This area is very convenient as it located near the airport "Pulkovo", "Kiev Highway", St. Petersburg Sports and Concert Complex - CCM LenEnergo hotel "Pulkovskaya" Park-Inn, University Fire Service Emergency, Military town, CEC "EXPOFORUM".
