For your comfort, we have created all the necessary conditions: a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of a 5-story building, without a balcony.
Downtown. With 1-bed and 2-bed, there is an additional bed - a sofa bed. Cleaning is provided once a week along with a change of bed linen and towels. There is a full set of household appliances and everything necessary for living. There is a kindergarten behind the house, across the road there is the city administration, VTB Bank, the Vernissage restaurant and the Anyutka cafe. In the courtyard of the house there is a cafe “Coral” where you can have breakfast/lunch, or spend the evening with friends. The cost of accommodation is 5,000 rubles per day for 1 person, 3,500 rubles for 2 people. per room. The cost of using an extra bed is negotiated additionally. Payment by any method. We provide all the necessary documents; when registering, we use a cash register. We conclude long-term, medium-term and short-term rental agreements with organizations.
